DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Salted Butter Caramel Martini Gelato is a complete powder base without vegetable fats, for artisan salted butter caramel gelato.

Already perfectly balanced, it is made with warm milk; pair it with dulce de leche variegate or Black Kiss for a liquorice toffee flavour.

Ideal for: salted caramel gelato and cups.

Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, Halal certified.

Directions: dissolve the base in warm milk with a stick blender, allow to cool and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 1.25 kg of product + 3 L of warm milk.

Processing: hot.
