Black Kiss Liquorice Gelato Variegate Martini is a variegate for artisan gelato with 35% pure liquorice, with a deep black colour and a bold taste.

It can also be used as a flavouring paste, giving a curious grey liquorice gelato; with mint it makes a fresh, surprising pairing.

Ideal for: liquorice gelato, variegated mint and cups.

Features: vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers.

Directions: variegate the gelato in the pan while extracting or decorate the surface.

Dosage: to taste as a variegate; 50-70 g per kg of mix as a paste.
