Liquorice Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with the intense taste of liquorice, with a bold, aromatic and pleasantly bitter profile, with the characteristic natural sweetness of the root, creating a creamy and lingering gelato.

Liquorice has a bold, bitter taste much loved by adults: it pairs with mint, lemon and dark chocolate, and being vegan it also works on water-based mixes.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
