Ginger Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a fresh, spicy ginger taste, with a fresh, spiced and pleasantly pungent profile.

Ginger gives a fresh, spicy gelato, excellent as a sorbet on a water base; it pairs with lemon, green apple and dark chocolate.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 40 g per kg of mix.
