Nougat Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a white nougat taste, with a sweet and roasted profile, with almond pieces.

White nougat with chopped almonds gives a sweet, roasted gelato typical of the holidays; vegan, it works on a milk or water base.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 65 - 80 g per kg of mix.
