Panna Cotta Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a delicate panna cotta taste, with a creamy, milky and delicately vanilla-like profile.

The milky, vanilla taste of panna cotta is completed with red berry or caramel variegates; lactose-free.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Features: lactose-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 30 - 40 g per kg of mix.
