Panna Cotta Gelato Paste Leagel gives gelato the characteristic taste of panna cotta, perfect with red berry or caramel variegates.

At just 50 g per kg it gives the delicate, milky, vanilla taste of panna cotta; finish it with red berry or caramel variegates. Use it with the cold process on the white base.

Ideal for: panna cotta gelato with berries or caramel.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
