Easy Coffee Leagel is a ready base for artisan gelato from the Easy Crema line: coffee gelato with an intense taste.

With milk it is ready in minutes, also for the soft serve machine, and it is the base for affogati and sundaes.

Ideal for: coffee gelato, affogato and chocolate sundaes.

Features: Easy Crema line, just add milk, also suitable for soft-serve, coconut vegetable fat and animal fat from cream powder, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with milk, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 450 g of product per 1 L of milk.

Processing: cold.
