Kit contents: Aymara raw dark base with Modica PGI chocolate and dark stracciatella with Modica PGI chocolate.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats.

Directions: dissolve the base in boiling water, allow to cool, batch-freeze and variegate with the stracciatella.

Dosage: 1 bag of base + 2.2 kg of boiling water; variegate with 200 g of stracciatella.
