DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Prontabase 500 C/F Rubicone is a complete powder base for artisan gelato and soft serve, made with water only.
It already contains balanced milk and sugars, so only water is needed: 500 g per litre give a neutral base to customise with pastes and variegates for cream flavours and fior di latte.
Ideal for: display trays, sundaes and soft serve.
Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: 500 g per 1 L of water.
Processing: hot or cold.
