DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Elenka’s Preziosa 100 Base is practical, functional and very versatile: it gives optimal structure and creaminess thanks to skimmed milk.
Used to prepare the base mix with either “cold” or “hot” process. Formulated with new ingredients, it gives a delicate, smooth gelato that is creamier and more stable, ideal for “mountain-style” display.
DOSAGE: 100 g of Preziosa 100 per 1 l of whole milk, with 200 g of sugar, 40 g of dextrose, 70 g of cream and 50 g of skimmed milk powder.
PACKAGING: 1 kg bag.
