Baileycrem Topping Sauce Rubicone is a fluid sauce for gelato and desserts with a whisky cream taste.

Whisky cream adds a grown-up touch to sundaes and affogato: on coffee or chocolate gelato it recalls Irish coffee. A fluid sauce with no pieces, it is formulated for trays, sundaes, semifreddi and frozen yogurt.
