Rubibailey Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a whiskey cream taste, with a creamy and warm profile, with whisky notes.

Whiskey cream gives a creamy, warm after-dinner gelato; it pairs with coffee and chocolate and is finished with chocolate shavings.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Features: gluten-free, Kosher certified.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 30 g per kg of mix.
