Cremino Toffee Rubicone is a cremino gelato variegate: cremino cream for artisan gelato with a toffee taste.
Toffee gives a cream with a buttery caramel taste, soft at -20 °C: it is layered with fior di latte or custard for an indulgent cremino.
Ideal for: layered cremino gelato in the display, variegates, gelato cakes and semifreddi, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: scoopable at -20 °C, ready to use, gluten-free.
Dosage: to taste: in alternate layers with gelato for cremino gelato, drizzled in while extracting for variegation.
