Caramel, cocoa and peanut pieces recall the classic candy bar: the cream stays soft at -20 °C and the nut pieces add crunch to every layer of the cremino.
Ideal for: layered cremino gelato in the display, variegates, gelato cakes and semifreddi, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
