With Fruitcub3 Blueberry the sorbet is made with water only, with no fruit to wash, peel or weigh; it is also used for smoothies and milkshakes.
Ideal for: sorbets, granitas, smoothies and milkshakes.
Features: over 70% fruit, complete product, gluten-free.
Directions: blend with water and churn; for smoothies and milkshakes blend with ice and water or milk.
Dosage: gelato: 1.55 kg with 2 L of water; smoothie: 100 g with 80 g of water and 120 g of ice.
