Fruit Cub3 Raspberry Leagel is a concentrated raspberry fruit purée with over 70% fruit: raspberry with a bright colour and tart taste.
Besides sorbet, Fruitcub3 Raspberry is used for smoothies and milkshakes, ideal for expanding the bar menu; it replaces fresh fruit with no waste or preparation.
Ideal for: sorbets, granitas, smoothies and milkshakes.
Features: over 70% fruit, complete product, gluten-free.
Directions: blend with water and churn; for smoothies and milkshakes blend with ice and water or milk.
Dosage: gelato: 1.55 kg with 2 L of water; smoothie: 100 g with 80 g of water and 120 g of ice.
