Pomegranate Gelato Paste Leagel is a concentrated fruit paste for artisan gelato with the fruity, slightly sour taste of pomegranate, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.

Pomegranate gives a ruby-red, fruity, slightly sharp sorbet; at 70 g per kg it pairs with yogurt and white chocolate.

Ideal for: pomegranate sorbet and citrus pairings.

Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 70 g per kg of mix.
