DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Elenka’s Caramel Topping is a semi-thick sauce for decorating and adding flavour and colour to sundaes, tub gelato and gelato desserts.
It stays firmly on the gelato and does not solidify at low temperatures. Also great on crêpes, pancakes and panna cotta.
DOSAGE: to taste.
