Maple Topping Sauce Rubicone is a fluid sauce for gelato and desserts with a maple syrup taste, vegan and dairy-free.
Maple syrup is the American breakfast topping: Rubicone pairs it with Pancake Paste for the Pancake flavour, and it is great on waffles and walnut gelato. It is also formulated for trays, semifreddi and frozen yogurt.
