Part of Gelagel Frutta, the premium line of purées for artisan gelato by Pernigotti Maestri Gelatieri Italiani, made with an innovative processing method that preserves the freshness and organoleptic properties of the fruit. The prickly pears, from Sicily, are grown and harvested where they reach their best ripeness and aromatic profile. A very high percentage of fruit pieces and purée, natural ingredients and certified raw materials, in a practical single-batch bucket for one pan of sorbet.

DOSAGE
Sorbet: 1.65 kg of product + 2.1 l of water.
Ice lollies: 500 g of product + 1 l of water.
Smoothies: 90 g of product + 50 g of water (or 100 g of milk) + 150 g of ice.
Semifreddo: 500 g of product + 500 g of cream.
Glazes: 300 g of product + 700 g of Specchioneutra.
