Easy Tropical Leagel is a ready powder mix for artisan gelato from the Easy Frutta line tasting of sweet, exotic tropical fruit mix.

A mix of tropical fruits gives a sweet, exotic sorbet with a bright colour; it is made with water only and pairs with coconut and pineapple in sundaes.

Ideal for: tropical sorbet, exotic sundaes and sticks.

Features: Easy Frutta line, just add water, no balancing errors, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 500 g of product per 1 L of water.

Processing: cold.
