Easy Peach Leagel is a ready powder mix for artisan gelato from the Easy Frutta line tasting of sweet, juicy peach.

Peach gives a sweet, juicy sorbet with a warm colour, typical of the Italian summer; it is made with water only in minutes.

Ideal for: peach sorbet, summer sundaes and Bellini gelato.

Features: Easy Frutta line, just add water, no balancing errors, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 500 g of product per 1 L of water.

Processing: cold.
