DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Easy Pop Corn Paste Leagel is a ready base for artisan gelato from the Easy Crema line: ready-to-use fat-based paste with toasted, salted corn flour, smooth and creamy.

The gelato has a sweet-salty taste: with milk it is ready in minutes, also for soft serve.

Ideal for: popcorn gelato with Choco Pop Corn variegate.

Features: Easy Crema line, just add milk, also suitable for soft-serve, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with milk, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 600 g of product per 1 L of milk.

Processing: cold.
