The sweet, slightly salty taste of popcorn is completed with caramelised popcorn and caramel sauce. Ideal for creamy artisan gelato and desserts with a pleasant lingering finish.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
