Coffee Colombia Single Origin Martini Gelato is a complete powder base for artisan gelato with single-origin Colombian coffee, a 100% arabica cultivar.

It is made with just warm milk and gives an intense, aromatic coffee; paired with Colombia Single-Origin Coffee variegate it brings out every nuance.

Ideal for: single-origin coffee gelato and affogato.

Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats.

Directions: dissolve the base in warm milk with a stick blender, allow to cool and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 1.25 kg of product + 3 L of warm milk.

Processing: hot.
