Pancake Gelato Paste Leagel brings soft, golden American diner pancakes to gelato: finish with maple topping and praline pecan pieces from the Pancake Kit.

At just 50 g per kg it gives a buttery, vanilla gelato reminiscent of batter fresh from the pan: a breakfast flavour, also perfect for brunch menus and sundaes with fruit.

Ideal for: pancake flavour with maple topping and pecans.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
