Snickerone Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a peanut taste, with a creamy and roasted profile, with an intense peanut note.

Peanut and cocoa recall the famous candy bar; finish it with caramel and roasted peanuts for a snack-style flavour.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Features: gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 65 g per kg of mix.
