DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Muffin Gelato Paste Leagel has the taste of a muffin: combined with Muffin variegate with chocolate pieces it becomes an irresistible flavour; also great with blueberry variegate.
The taste is buttery and vanilla-scented. It is processed cold and added to the white base before batch-freezing.
Ideal for: Muffin flavour with chocolate or blueberry variegate.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
