Rock Gelato Paste Leagel, paired with Gelato Rock variegate, makes an ultra-creamy gelato enriched with milk chocolate cream and a shower of hazelnut pieces.

The pieces stay crunchy. The paste is used cold, with the dose adjusted to the intensity of flavour you want.

Ideal for: Gelato Rock flavour with its variegate.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 60 g per kg of mix.
