DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Sprint Ciocconero Pregel is a water-based dark chocolate ready base for artisan gelato, with no milk derivatives.
Strong, intense and bold: this is the taste of this dark chocolate gelato, with the dark, glossy colour of the finest dark chocolates, also suitable for vegan customers.
Ideal for: dark chocolate gelato, soft serve and vegan displays.
Features: dairy-free, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: blend the powder into the liquid, then batch-freeze or pour into the soft serve machine.
Dosage: artisan gelato 700 g per 1 litre of boiling water; soft serve 580 g per 1 litre of water.
Processing: with boiling water.
