Nero Perugina 1.2 kg ready base is a ready base to obtain Nero Perugina dark chocolate gelato. Excellent creaminess, spreadability, and display hold. It does not contain ingredients of animal origin and fats other than cocoa butter.

DOSAGE: thoroughly mix the contents of one packet (1.2 kg) in 2 liters of hot water (about 80°C); let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes, then churn. Optionally, enrich with chili, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, and spices to taste.
