At just 30 g per kg it brings the taste of zuppa inglese, between custard and alchermes; finish it with sponge cake and chocolate shavings.

Ideal for: zuppa inglese gelato, sundaes with sour cherry and semifreddi.

Suggested flavours: zuppa inglese, custard and amarena gelato.

Directions: add to the white mix and churn.

Dosage: 30 g per kg of mix; in pastry 20-50 g per kg.
