Easy Lemonello Leagel is a ready powder mix for artisan gelato from the Easy Frutta line tasting of lemon with the aroma of limoncello.

Lemon with the aroma of limoncello gives a fresh, aromatic, fat-free sorbet: perfect as an after-dinner treat or between courses.

Ideal for: limoncello sorbet, digestive sundaes and dessert glasses.

Features: Easy Frutta line, just add water, no balancing errors, fat-free, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 500 g of product per 1 L of water.

Processing: cold.
