Limoncello Fast Toschi is a base for artisan gelato: powder mix from the Fast line for preparing limoncello gelato, sorbets and frozen creams with a creamy texture in just a few minutes, adding only water and processing cold.

Limoncello recalls the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts: the sorbet carries the scent of lemon zest and is served on its own after dinner or in a sundae with strawberries and berries.

Ideal for: limoncello sorbet, after-dinner servings, cold creams and sundaes.

Features: Fast line, for batch freezer and slush machine.

Directions: whisk the powder into the water and batch-freeze or pour into the slush machine.

Dosage: 1.5 kg of product + 3 L of water.
