Kiwi Topping Sauce Toschi is a ready-to-use sauce with the fresh, tangy taste of kiwi, poured over gelato and desserts.

The bright green of kiwi is rare among toppings and makes sundaes instantly recognisable: its tangy taste refreshes yogurt and fior di latte and pairs well with strawberry and tropical fruits. Its high fruit content ensures a full taste, for both gelato shops and pastry labs.

Ideal for: fruit sundaes, frozen yogurt, pavlova and fruit salads.

Features: ready to use, high fruit content, kiwi flavour.

Directions: shake and pour directly onto gelato or desserts.

Dosage: to taste.
