Strawberry Granita Syrup is a fresh, thirst-quenching offer for bars, kiosks and gelato shops in the warm months; it expands the summer offer with little space and labour. Its high fruit content gives an authentic flavour and natural colour.

Ideal for: kids' granita and frozen smoothies.

Features: high fruit content, gluten-free.

Directions: mix the syrup with the neutral granita mix and pour into the machine.

Dosage: 250 g per 1 kg of neutral mix.
