Orange Granita Syrup Leagel makes a granita that is fresh and citrusy, intense and thirst-quenching, with very simple preparation.

Orange gives a warm-coloured, citrus granita typical of Sicilian tradition: at 250 g per 1 kg of neutral mix it is ready in minutes in the granita machine. With a high fruit content, it gives an authentic taste and a natural colour.

Ideal for: summer granita and mocktails.

Features: high fruit content, gluten-free.

Directions: mix the syrup with the neutral granita mix and pour into the machine.

Dosage: 250 g per 1 kg of neutral mix.
