Pistachio Gelato Paste Toschi is a pistachio-flavoured paste for artisan gelato made with pistachios at 21% and almonds, for a full, aromatic pistachio gelato.

With 21% pistachios plus almonds, this paste is designed for good-value pistachio gelato, suited to everyday display use and to pastry preparations.

Ideal for: pistachio gelato, brioche creams, semifreddi and fillings.

Features: 21% pistachios, with almonds.

Directions: add the paste to the ready white base, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 100 g of paste per 1 kg of base mix.
