DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Elenka’s Nougat Grains are nougat pieces for garnishing gelato and desserts.

They can also be added during batch freezing for the taste of Italian nougat: unlike Nougat Paste they contain no oil and are more practical to use. Also ideal for decorating cakes and Yule logs.

DOSAGE
Gelato: to taste, added to 1000 g of white mix during extraction from the batch freezer.
Pastry: 50 g per 1000 g of custard or cream.

PACKAGING: 0.5 kg tin.
