Leagel Kefir 50 Gelato Master School is a powder for an intense, authentic kefir-flavoured gelato, to serve on its own or with fruit ripples.

Kefir 50 Gelato Master School is one of the ingredients of the Leagel Kefir con Chutney Mango, Pepe Rosa e Zenzero recipe, together with Chutney - Mango, Pepe Rosa e Zenzero; it also appears in Kefir al Mango Crunchy.

Ideal for: kefir gelato with red berries, honey and granola.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: add to the white mix and churn.

Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
