zHero Base Fruit Leagel is a base for fruit gelato with no added sugar, from the zHero range for healthy artisan gelato.

It is combined with fresh fruit or fruit pastes for lighter sorbets, also suitable for those cutting down on sugar.

Ideal for: healthy sorbets with fresh fruit.

Features: no added sugar, lactose-free, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with water and churn.

Dosage: 300 g of product per 1 L of water.

Processing: cold.
