Fortefrutto Mixed Berry C Pregel is a mixed berry concentrated paste for artisan gelato, with an intense colour.
It gathers all the taste of ripe blackberries, currants, wild strawberries and raspberries in a high-quality product, perfect for gelato that smells of summer and nature in every season.
Ideal for: mixed berry sorbet, yogurt gelato and fillings.
Features: intense colour, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir and batch-freeze; it can also be used together with fresh fruit.
Dosage: 20-70 g per kg of mix, depending on the intensity you want.
