The sorbet is fresh and tangy; it pairs with ginger, celery and mint.
Ideal for: green apple sorbet and gelato cocktails.
Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
