Sour Cherry Tuttofrutto 16/18 Toschi are smaller than size 18/20: they spread evenly through the gelato tray and cake slices.

The smaller calibre is designed for adding to gelato and baked goods, and the syrup can be used to ripple stracciatella or fior di latte.

Ideal for: amarena gelato, stracciatella with amarena, semifreddi, loaf cakes and muffins.

Features: size 16/18, whole, pitted and candied, no artificial colourings.

Directions: take the cherries with their syrup and use them in gelato, baked goods or as a garnish.

Dosage: to taste.
