Yogursprint Pregel is a yogurt ready base for artisan gelato, the Sprint version of Pregel yogurt.

Easy to make by simply adding milk, it guarantees a top-quality result and the classic taste: the standard base to ripple with fruit and sauces, in the tray and from the soft serve machine.

Ideal for: yogurt gelato, soft serve and fruit sundaes.

Features: complete powder, just add milk.

Directions: blend the powder into the liquid, then batch-freeze or pour into the soft serve machine.

Dosage: artisan gelato 400 g per 1 litre of milk; soft serve 330 g per 1 litre of milk and yogurt.

Processing: cold.
