Frozen Yoggi Pregel is a complete yogurt soft serve base for artisan gelato, designed for the soft serve machine.
It brings the inimitable taste of Yoggi yogurt to soft serve: a fresh, tasty result, authentic aroma and velvety texture, for gelato shops, frozen yogurt bars and frozen yogurt desserts.
Ideal for: frozen yogurt, soft serve and fruit cups.
Features: gluten-free, Kosher Chalavi, Orthodox Union Dairy, Halal Italia.
Directions: blend the powder into milk and yogurt and pour into the soft serve machine.
Dosage: 320 g per 1 litre of milk and yogurt.
