DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Easy Yogurt with Fructose Leagel is a ready base for artisan gelato from the Easy Crema line: fresh, slightly tangy yogurt, sweetened with fructose.
It is perfect with berry variegates; it is made with milk and also works in soft serve.
Ideal for: yogurt gelato with fresh fruit, frozen yogurt and sundaes.
Features: Easy Crema line, just add milk, also suitable for soft-serve, coconut vegetable fat and animal fat from cream powder, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with milk, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 400 g of product per 1 L of milk.
Processing: cold.
