It is the solution for shops that want a lighter yogurt soft serve: a fresh, slightly tangy taste, perfect with fresh fruit, granola and toppings, for a lighter offer at the counter that still feels creamy and fresh.

Ideal for: yogurt soft serve, cups with fruit and toppings.

Directions: blend the powder into the milk and pour into the soft serve machine.

Dosage: 270 g per 1 litre of milk.
