It is the famous mix that made yogurt iconic in gelato shops around the world: a creamy, fresh, lightly citrusy profile for a clean, balanced gelato, also great for frozen yogurt and semifreddi.

Ideal for: yogurt gelato, frozen yogurt, semifreddi and spoon desserts.

Directions: add the powder to the base mix, stir and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 30-50 g per kg of base mix.
